About Masterclasses
Intensive Courses
Masterclasses offer participants the opportunity to take music lessons in their discipline with a teacher of their choice.
Classes take place in Vienna, the music capital, for several hours a day. They not only allow for learning, but also the opportunity to perform in front of other participants.
Concert
At the end of the masterclass, a concert is held, during which students perform in public to showcase the progress made during the course.
Competition
A competition is also held to motivate participants and offer them a challenging artistic goal.
Certificate
Participants receive a certificate that they can use to recognize their progress in their musical career.
Teachers
Masterclasses bring together teachers from the Wiener Musikakademie as well as renowned guest teachers.
